Event Planning & Coordination at Alden Orchards

Welcome to Alden Orchards!
We’re excited to have you here. We recommend coordinating with the client to visit the property for a planning session about one month before the event. If you're helping create the timeline or communicating with vendors, you may find planning resources provided by Alden through the clients portal. Use the form below to request access.

Event Support

Alden Orchards does request that the client fill out a timeline and vendor quesitonaire, that has light amount of information. If you are creating and distributing a more detailed plan, we are happy to be given one on the day of the event to stay on the same page.

On the day of the event, our team is here to help everything run smoothly:

  • Rental items are set in the barn at the start of the event

  • Parking assistants will direct guest traffic

  • An Alden event assistant will support vendor setup and general needs

  • They’re your go-to to help troubleshoot and fetch supplies such as zip ties, extra boxes, or any unexpected needs

  • They also handle trash, bathrooms, and keep the fireplace burning if needed

  • They help maintain drinking and behavior rules
