Entertaining at Alden Orchards

Welcome to Alden Orchards!
We’re excited to have you here and our team is happy to support during the event.

Event Flow & Set-up

We do not provide DJ equipment. A 4ft table and electrical hookup (marked with a star on the map) are provided near the ceremony area. You’re welcome to bring your own table or extension cords if desired.

You may pull into the barn driveway to load and unload equipment. Parking is shown on the map.

• Ceremony - in the case of forecasted rain, it will be set beneath the pavilion

• Happy Hour - usually under the pavilion

• Dinner - typically in the barn

• Dancing - barn or pavilion, based on client preference
  A 6ft table will be available in the dance area.

DJs typically set up at the ceremony site, then move equipment to the dance floor (pavilion or barn depending on client’s plans) with equipment to bluetooth to the additional space for either happy hour music or dinner music/speeches.

Electrical outlets are marked on the map. Please check with the client for any special layout needs such as a full band space, front of ceremony instruments, ect.

Wi-Fi & Connectivity

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property:

The venue has full Verizon and AT&T service via a cellular connection.

Timing

• Set-up access begins at 11:00 a.m.

• Last call must be made at least 1 hour before the event ends and no later than 10:00 p.m.

• Entertainment must end by 11:00 p.m.
